Peter epitomizes what the Lifetime Achievement award was instituted for, and would be an excellent candidate this year.

Peter has been an integral part of the SWWA since its inception an attended all but 1 or 2 of the annual conferences. He was always willing to help out when called upon. He conducted numerous training sessions for SWWA as well as contributing topics at the Conference and sitting as the government rep on the SWWA board.

Peter is one of the most knowledgeable and respected individuals within the Water Industry in Western Canada. He has definitely earned this reputation as throughout his career he has been in more water plants in Saskatchewan delivering advice/technical  assistance than any other individual. In Peter’s position as the Senior Drinking Water Officer for the Ministry of Saskatchewan Environment he has been invaluable helping EPO’s, along with the Communities, to ensure the safety of Saskatchewan Drinking Water.
